Resep bolu pisang kukus asli empuk dan lezat no mixer ya bun, resep ini banyak yang berhasil saya pakai 2 resep ukuran loyang 20 cm dan pakai pisang apapun bisa asalkan mateng, tapi pisang mas, pisang uli atau barangan hasilnya lebih cantik ini tadi ngukus nya hampir 1 jam.

4 buah pisang emas setara 200 gram
2 butir telur utuh
120 gram gula halus
50 ml minyak
125 gram tepung terigu
1/2 sendok teh baking soda
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
1/2 sendok teh vanili
Cara Membuat Bolu Pisang Kukus by Yunda Yun
- Ayak tepung terigu dengan baking soda dan baking powder sisihkan
- Haluskan pisang
- Ambil wadah lalu pecahkan telur kemudian masukkan gula aduk sampai gula larut saya pakai whisker dan masukkan minyak aduk rata lagi
- Tuangkan campuran terigu tadi aduk rata dan terakhir pisang aduk sampai beneran rata
- Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi sedikit minyak kemudian kukus selama 35 menit menggunakan api sedang
- Saya pakai loyang ukuran di bawah 18 kali 18, kalau mau buat 2 resep pakai loyang 18 kali 18
