Bahan dadar:
2 butir telur
2 lembar kol (iris2)
1 bh wortel (iris korek api)
2 sdm munjung tepung beras
2 sdm munjung tepung serbaguna
1 lembar daun bawang
secukupnya garam,merica
minyak untuk menggoreng
Bahan saus fuyunghai :
wortel (ambil sedikit dr bahan di atas)
1/2 siung bawang bombay (iris)
2 siung bawang putih (geprek cincang halus)
1 bh tomat (potong kecil2)
secukupnya nanas
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm saus pedas
secukupnya garam,gula,merica
1/2 sdm tepung maizena/kanji (larutkan dg sdkt air)
secukupnya air
secukupnya minyak u/ menumis

2 butir telur
2 lembar kol (iris2)
1 bh wortel (iris korek api)

secukupnya garam,merica

Langkah dan Cara membuat:
- Siapkan bahan
- Campurkan terigu,tepung beras telur kocok sampai rata lalu masukan kol,wortel,daun bawang+garam,merica aduk sampai rata
- Panaskan minyak lalu goreng sampai kecoklatan,,,angkat tiriskan…lalu kita masak saus fuyunghai’nya ya momz
- Tumis bawang bombay,bawang putih sampe harum dan layu…masukan wortel,tomat,nanas saus…masak sampe agak layu lalu beri air
- tambahkan gula,garam, merica,icip rasa klo sudah pas kita masukan cairan maizena…masak sampe mengental…selesaiii lalu siramkan ke adonan telur fuyunghai
- Gampang ya momz…ini fuyunghaii ala2 saya bund….tnp kacang polong
