Resep Kue Lumpur Kentang ~ No Amis ~ Enak Djiamin Anti Gagal
Saya suka eksperimen sma satu resep dg beberapa sumber berbeda, dan salah satu hasilnya kue lumpur ini. Apalagi semenjak tau klo ayah mertua sya doyan sma kue lumpur, tp ga suka sma yg rasa telurnya berasa smp amis baunya. Jadi sya buatin aja kue lumpur dg resep ini... Ehh alhamdulillah si ayah mertua sukak! Aahh senangnya tuh dihati!

Bahan-bahan

500 gr kentang/labu kuning
300 gr gula pasir
Secukupnya garam
200 gr margarin
500 gr terigu
700 ml santan, 2sachet kara 65ml/ 1kotak kara 200 ml tambah air
Langkah
Siapkan bahan. Bersihkan kentang/labu kuning dan kukus bisa jga direbus. Cairkan mentega, jgn smp mendidih, dinginkan.
Di wadah bersih campur kentang/labu kuning dg gula, lalu remas" hingga gula leleh. Masukkan margarin, aduk. Masukkan terigu dan santan scr bergantian dan diakhiri dg tepung. Aduk rata.
Panaskan cetakan, oles dg mentega. Tuang adonan sesuai selera, lalu tutup, tunggu smp 1/2 matang beri topping. Tutup lagi tunggu hingga matang, dan lakukan hingga habis.

500 gr kentang/labu kuning
