Cireng Nasi Bumbu Rujak

Bahan-bahan
10 buah
1 piring nasi (225gr)
6 sdm tepung tapioka
2 batang dau bawang
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk
100 ml air mendiddih
Bumbu halus :
3 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt ketumbar
#Bumbu rujak :
1 buah cabai rawit
1 sdm gula merah
1/2 sdt garam
secukupnya air matang
secukupnya cuka makan

Langkah

Haluskan bumbu halus dan nasi dengan cara di blender atau di ulek.

Campur dengan tepung tapioka dan 100 ml air mendidih, kmudian ambil 1 sendok adonan dn guling2kan di tepung tapioka agar tidak lengket d tangan. Bentuk bulat gepeng ya. (Adonan memang lengket sebelum di guling2kan ke tepung tapioka)

Goreng hingga matang. Sajikaan saat hangat. Krispi kenyil enak 😁

Bumbu rujak : cabai, gula merah dan garam diulek halus. Kmudian beri air matang dan aduk sampai gula larut. Beri secukupnya cuka. Aduk hingga rata. Enaak seger 👍
